Our Programs

At Hooves with Heart we provide experiential education inspired by the natural world and guided by values learned from human-animal interactions. Our professional educators conduct activities with a special focus on teaching youth important life skills in a safe and respectful environment.  Programs are conducted on the grounds of beautiful Holly Farm, which provides the catalyst for self-discovery.

Participants

Participants come to us from all walks of life and cultural backgrounds. Though their life experiences vary, they generally share a common desire to explore better ways of dealing with life’s everyday challenges. Youth can sign up individually, through a family member or may become involved through youth organizations such as Seattle’s YouthCare or school programs such as Eastside Preparatory School’s experiential courses.

Programs

Programs and sessions are available throughout the year rain or shine. Class size is limited to small groups or individual sessions, unless otherwise noted. Currently, we offer programming incorporating four diverse curricula; each designed to nurture self-discovery and growth through a uniquely personal experience.
